2012 recap

And another year passed by. Is it me or does it really feel like the years pass by faster and faster?! It was an amazing year for me (although there were some serious downs too), thanks to my boyfriend, family and friends and of course this blog. I did so many fun things, met a lot of nice people and I can't wait to continue in 2013.

Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful time. I had an amazing time with too much (delicious) food, surrounded with the people I love the most and I got some pretty awesome presents. I don't think these pictures need more words: Cosiness overload!

G-star Global Women's Night

Everyone can find the perfect pair of denim. Not convinced huh? Let me explain. I'm very short and rather skinny so I'm always having a very hard time finding a pair of jeans that fits me perfectly. A couple of months ago there was the Levi's curve ID fitting and now I got the invitation of G-star to try on a few models of their denim collection. I was curious if G-Star could also win me over. And they did! G-Star turned out to be a real life saver.

This is my latest find: Meet Joelle Boers, a fashion addict, edgy & hippie chique style, loving illustrating and photography, and one year graduated Textiles Designer at Academy of Fine Arts Maastricht. She worked with IXX in digital print design, she sold and is still selling items at FAB and FEE conceptstore, had a stand at FashionClashMarket with her illustrated Tee's and it began to roll... Believe me, this girl is going to make it!

The Palladium boots

I'm so sorry for the lack of updates lately but I'm superbusy with school. Only one more week to go and the worst is over ;) (at least for a while). These are the Palladium boots I chose when I was at their event a few weeks ago. This pair immediately caught my eye 'cause they have this denim look that makes them verrrry cool.

Just like last season, I'm completely in love again with the collection of Filles à Papa. Bold colours, a lot of bling, oversized shapes, they did a great job.

So October is here, I can't believe how time is flying by. Just like September, this month will be filled with some awesome things but you'll hear everything about it on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram ( onhighheels_) and of course this blog! But let's take a look what September was all about.

Vintage clutch

Does it show burgundy is my favourite colour this season? I found this pretty clutch on vintagestore, an online shop that sells carefully picked out pieces. I love vintage and the thought of a story behind a certain bag or dress, but when I'm in a store packed with clothes sometimes I don't have the patience to search for that one treasure. So buying vintage online is the solution for me! I had my eye on this clutch for a while so you can guess I was superhappy when I found it a few days later into my mailbox (thanks again vintagestore!).
